Addiction Rehabs in Tennessee

Tennessee's #1 Choice for Drug & Alcohol Treatment

You're here because you know something needs to change. We've been there. We know what it takes to get back on track (proven by 6K+ success stories). Read all about our Tennessee drug & alcohol rehab below, then let's talk about what's going on. You don't have to commit to coming here or even to getting treatment to reach out.

Why JourneyPure for Rehab?

The answer is simple: You're TWICE as likely to be sober six months after treatment here (compared to national data from other treatment centers).

Scientific Methods

A safe environment that combines personalized medical, holistic, and clinical therapies is what works. Why are we so sure? We see it every day—in thousands of success stories. That said, we’re constantly evaluating research as well as our own data to refine our program. Our innovations set new standards for the entire industry.

Dual-Diagnosis Focus

Effectively diagnosing and treating underlying issues is the only way to prevent mental blocks from fueling the cycle of relapse later. While other alcohol and drug rehabs in Tennessee may talk about dual-diagnosis, the concept is ingrained into our founding principles. Treatment here is not just about stopping your use of drugs and alcohol, it’s about finally healing your body, mind, and spirit.

Master's-Level Therapists

Knowing how to push past denial and walls of addiction takes both knowledge and experience. Your clinical team here is all Master’s-level or above. Plus, our staff-to-client ratios are well below the standard to ensure you receive plenty of individual attention.

Real Support After Treatment

Before you leave treatment, you’re trained on an app with games to reward you for making healthy choices and connect you to your dedicated Recovery Coach. Your coach is in recovery too and will do everything they can to help you stay healthy. They catch up with you regularly in the first critical year and are available any time you feel triggered. From now on, you always have someone to turn to.

What is “Addiction Treatment”?

Your time here is spent addressing the science and emotion of addiction from every angle.

  • You’ll start with medical detox if your body is physically addicted. You’ll be comfortable and monitored the whole time. (Seriously, it’s not that bad.)
  • You’ll talk honestly about what’s been going on and how you feel. You’ll dissect previous relapses. You’ll be asked to dig into the thoughts and motivations behind your drug and alcohol use.
  • You’ll try experiential therapies that use art, horses, music, and adventure to lower you guard and identify sub-conscious issues.
  • You’ll work with the medical team to find medications that prevent cravings and re-balance your brain.
  • You’ll outline things in your life that need to change. You’ll create a plan for the first 90 days out of treatment and articulate your new coping skills and resources. If your family is able, you’ll participate in an intensive two-day family program to heal key relationships.
  • You’ll build up your spirit and self-esteem through yoga, exercise, nature activities, and, if you’re into it, religion. You’ll make some friends that will continue to support you after you leave and even have a little fun.

Alcohol & Drug Rehab Questions?

Do I really need treatment?

Telling yourself that things “aren’t bad enough” for treatment is probably the denial and fear of your addiction talking.

Like any disease, the earlier you address it, the better. If you’re steadfast against inpatient rehab, at least give outpatient treatment a chance. It can only help.

You may worry about missing out, but the truth is you’re missing out now when your thoughts are preoccupied on your next fix or you’re too sick or high to show up. Your family, kids, and spouse are all better off with you sober. (And you know it.)

If you have a job, it’s likely protected by law. We’ll help you with the paperwork and remain discrete. We’ve never seen anyone lose their job because they came here, though we see many people wait until drugs or alcohol lost them their job to seek help.

Even if you’re feeling powerless, there’s always hope! Most people seek treatment after honest conversations with the people who love them. Approach your loved one with other family members or friends and without judgment. You probably have more leverage than you think to persuade them to make the right choice. If they are willing, we’re happy to talk with them or help you find an interventionist.

People who struggled for decades have turned things around here. It’s never too late, and you’re never too lost to start a new, healthy life. You CAN do this! We will show you how.

It’s normal to have tons of questions about your treatment options. We’ll do our best to give you a good look at what treatment here is all about, but addiction is a personal topic. Your healthcare coverage and exact treatment plan is specific to just you.

Call us anytime to ask questions about our locations, see if you’d owe anything out-of-pocket, or just talk about what’s going on. You don’t have to be committed to treatment here to make the call and get answers.
